Shannon Rogers started as Executive Director in January 2009. Shannon is a second generation native of Colorado Springs. She graduated from Coronado High School and from University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO. Shannon came to realize her passion for seniors when she was working as a Property Manager for Dunn and Associates. It was at that time in 2005 that she joined the Senior Resource Council realizing the value the organization added to the Colorado Springs community. Shannon’s committed to educating both seniors and businesses to be proactive about the aging process. She feels it’s important to recognize all the resources that the Pikes Peak region has to offer. Shannon lives on the Westside with her husband, Sundance, and their two daughters.
